No Hassle, No fee unless your furniture sells!

Terms And Conditions 

1. We only accept gently used furniture. For example no tears, missing cushions, broken drawers, etc.
2. Consignment fee is 50%/50%. Which means you will recieve half of the selling price of your furniture. We recieve the other half as commission.
3. We offer a 30 day consignment period. If after the 30 days you do not pick up your furniture, we will continue to leave it on the sales floor, if it sells than we will recieve 100% of the commission and you will forfiet your portion.* We understand that you may not be able to pick it up exactly at the end of the 30 day period, if you call to make reasonable arrangements, you will not forfiet your furniture or commission if your product sells.
4. Commission checks are sent out on the first of every month.
5. You can use your commission for store credit, but only after your furniture has sold for a specific dollar amount.
6. We do collect sales tax, and you do not recieve commission on the tax, Only the pretax amount. 
7. You must agree to participate an any special sales. We often offer discounts to increase customers.
 
 

Items we Accept

1. Sofas and Loveseats. Must be complete, not missing cushions, holes, or scratches. Must be odor free and in good condition.
2. Dressers, end tables, nightstands. No broken drawers, missing handles, or otherwise damaged.
3. Paintings and other wall art.Not broken or otherwise damanged.
4. Dining sets, we would like complete sets with matching chairs. however we can accomodate tables and chairs seperateley. Must not be scratched missing screws, uneven.
5. Chairs. Must not be broken damaged. Springs must not be poking through, missing or damaged. Miss matched cushions are taken on a case by case basis.
6. Lamps. Must be in good working condition. Any electrical items will be tested in store.
7. Bed Frames. Only the frame. WE DO NOT ACCEPT MATTRESSES! must not be missing peices. We do Accept Headboards by themselves.
8. Other decor. Household decorations are taken on a case to case basis.
9. China, Curio cabinets, or hutch. Must be complete no broken glass or missing shelves. If lighted, light must be working or removed.
10. We offer furniture painting. If you believe your furniture would be more likely to sell painted, you must pay the fee for painting up front. This fee is variable due to many factors. Please contact us requarding our fees.
 
 
 
 

 Items we do not accept

1. Any Broken furniture, furniture with missing parts, damaged in any way, or furniture with bad odors.
2. Appliances of any kind. This includes Tv's, computers, stoves, refridgerators, or any other kind of appliance.
3. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any item for any reason. at times the store may be crowded and we cannot accept any new furniture, or we may ask you to wait and try again later.
4. We recommend you contact us first, especially before bringing any large furniture. We may ask you to provide photos of your furniture to determine the quality. If you refuse we will not accept your furniture.
5. Anything with obscene or otherwise offensive content. Such as grafiti, drawings, or writing.
